Erica provides compassionate and empathetic support for those suffering from the effects of family violence, substance abuse or mental health conditions.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide you on this journey. She has completed training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy, as well as specialised training in substance abuse, developmental trauma and family violence support.
Her range of experience includes collaborative work with organisations such as Odyssey House Victoria and Mackillop Family Services. Notably, Erica is the lead practitioner in the STACEY Project for family violence victims, underlining her dedication and leadership in this critical field.
She now brings this experience into her own practice and is ready to assist individuals and families.

With over ten years of experience working for organisations such as Odyssey House, Mackillop Family Services and Headspace, Erica specialises in supporting individuals and families through life’s toughest challenges.

Erica has extensive experience working with families experiencing family violence. Erica is here to advocate and support parents re-establish relationships with their children as well as providing support for family violence victims.

Addiction
Erica works with individuals who are ready to find freedom from their addictions as well as helping family members who are impacted by substance abuse. Erica has completed extensive training in this area and is here to help.

Mental Health
Erica is experienced working with individuals with a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and borderline personality disorder. Erica can help you work through these challenging times.
