How To Get Started
1. First You Need To Apply
If you haven’t applied or been approved for government funding through the National Redress Scheme, we encourage you to start the process. Click the link below to begin your application. Please be aware that processing times may vary, but we are here to assist you with your mental health needs if required.
2. How To Apply:
- Apply through the National Redress Scheme to the federal government.
- Your application will be forwarded to the relevant state for assessment.
- If successful, the federal government will contact you to determine your funding pathway.
3. Book Your Appointment
If you have been approved for the Redress Scheme, the next steps are easy. Get in touch with us and we can handle the verification process. Once this is confirmed, we can arrange a suitable appointment time and start you on your healing journey.

We offer both online and face-to-face counselling sessions to cater to your preferences and needs. Our face-to-face sessions are held in the comfort of your own home or a suitable location in the Gold Coast region.
